These wraps are a great snack or full meal and are prepared in under 10 minutes. They are high quality plant based vegan, made from fresh, natural ingredients and are chock full of healthy vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, K, Manganese, Potassium and have a high amount of Folate (38%) . All you need is a blender and 10 minutes to prepare with no cooking time.

Ingredients:

Choose your unit (& re-calculate ingredients)
Method:
  1. Add White beans, garlic & Olive oil to a blender, blend until creamy. Add salt and pepper if needed.
  2. Add white bean dip, minced tomatoes and onions to romain leafs
  3. Enjoy immediately.

Special tip: Keep leftovers of the white bean dip to be used with other dishes in the fridge for about 2 days. You can use is as a dip for veggies, meat or on bread as a sandwich spread.
