When it comes to snacking, unhealthy options are often in reach. In fact, snacking is the most contributing factor to weight gain resulting in yo-yo diets.

This snack is super fast to make and a great alternative to store-bought, premade varieties. You can substiture the chips with either Gluten free or less starchy types like lentil or veggie chips. Or if you need some indulgence, potatoe chips work well. Remember, eating healthy on a long term needs some indulgence once in a while.

This is also a great finger food for parties, side dish for barbecuing or a full meal if you are not that hungry. And kids love it too, it is a great in between meal snack for kids.
